Facemasks Still Needed in Healthcare Settings

As the country returns to a sense of normality it is important that we continue to protect our most vulnerable people by wearing masks in healthcare settings. This small act of kindness recognises that people in hospitals, GP practices, pharmacies and other healthcare settings are more likely to be vulnerable to the virus and may be affected more severely if they caught it.
Many healthcare professionals are reporting rises in cases of aggression where people are asked to wear masks. NHS workers are here to look after the health of everyone and do not deserve to be abused.
